On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM.
We are happy to store your luggage if you wish to leave later.
You can use the wellness area free of charge from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Spa extension on the day of departure until 8:00 PM: €15.00 per person.
The hotel reception is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you plan to arrive or depart outside these hours, please notify us in advance.

Price per pet per night: €30.00 (without food).

Our comfortable castle garage offers space for 46 vehicles. The price for a parking spot is €14.00 per night. Charging stations for electric cars are also available here.
Outdoor parking spaces on the castle grounds are free of charge.
Deposit
To guarantee your booking, we kindly ask you to provide your credit card details.
- We reserve the right to charge 30% of the total amount (50% for Christmas & New Year's bookings) as a deposit.
- The remaining balance will be settled upon departure using your preferred payment method.
Alternatively, you may transfer the deposit directly to our bank account.
E-Bike Rental
E-Bikes are available upon request. Please reserve your E-Bike at the reception. Helmets are also available for rent upon request.
Private Tennis Court

900 years ago, there were no elevators, and many stairs had to be climbed to reach each chamber. While we now enjoy the comforts of the 21st century at the castle, some stairs still remain part of the experience.
