Your room will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM.

We are happy to store your luggage if you wish to leave later.

You can use the wellness area free of charge from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Spa extension on the day of departure until 8:00 PM: €15.00 per person.

The hotel reception is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you plan to arrive or depart outside these hours, please notify us in advance.

With breakfast in parents' room per night:

• Children aged 4-8 years: from €36.00
• Children aged 9-13 years: from €66.00
• Children aged 14 years and older & adults: from €109.00

With indulgence package in parents' room per night:

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 8 days before arrival.
From 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
 

Christmas & New Year's Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival.
From 59 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount.
From 35 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount.
From 14 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount.
From 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount.

We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

Price per pet per night: €30.00 (without food).

Please note that pets are only allowed in the categories Grand Deluxe, Grand Superior, and in the Gatehouse.

Pets are not permitted in the restaurant or the spa.

Our comfortable castle garage offers space for 46 vehicles. The price for a parking spot is €14.00 per night. Charging stations for electric cars are also available here.

Outdoor parking spaces on the castle grounds are free of charge.

To guarantee your booking, we kindly ask you to provide your credit card details.

• We reserve the right to charge 30% of the total amount (50% for Christmas & New Year's bookings) as a deposit.
• The remaining balance will be settled upon departure using your preferred payment method.

Alternatively, you may transfer the deposit directly to our bank account.

E-Bikes are available upon request. Please reserve your E-Bike at the reception. Helmets are also available for rent upon request.

Play a match on the court where Clark Gable once held his tennis tournaments.

• Court Reservation: Available through the hotel reception.
• Fee: €20.00 per hour.
• Rackets and balls are available for rent upon request at the reception.

We charge €68.00 per person per day for our 5-course dinner menu.

A spa bag, including towels, slippers, and a bathrobe, is available for the duration of your stay. These items are also available for purchase at the reception.

For settling your hotel bill on-site, we accept the following:

Other credit cards cannot be accepted.

The tourist tax is set annually and is currently €2.05 per person per night. This fee is not included in the room price.

For children, the tourist tax is charged starting from the age of 15.

With the current price list, all previous price lists become invalid.

Conditions: Prices, errors, and changes to offers are subject to modification.

Legal Framework: The terms of the Austrian Hotel Contract Law apply.

Please notify us in writing if you are unable to begin your vacation as planned. Our primary goal is to rebook your room to other guests as quickly as possible, so no cancellation fees are incurred.

In the event we are unable to rebook your room, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance as a precaution. This can be easily arranged at www.europaeische.at.

For your electric car, you can use one of our three charging stations or the Tesla charging station located in our garage.

• Charging: Free of charge.
• Parking during charging: €14.00 per day for parking in the garage.

We offer complimentary internet access throughout the entire hotel area, except in the wellness area.

We are happy to accommodate your allergies and/or intolerances. Please inform us of your requirements before your arrival so we can relay this information to our kitchen and restaurant team in advance.

Train Station Transfer:
Transfer to or from Mittersill train station is available upon prior reservation (for a fee).

Summer Golf Shuttle:
Shuttle service to the Mittersill golf course is available during the summer (for a fee).

Winter Ski Shuttle:
Complimentary shuttle service is provided according to a schedule to the nearest ski area (Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen mid-station).

Other Transfers:
If you require a transfer from another location, we are happy to arrange a taxi for you (for a fee).

900 years ago, there were no elevators, and many stairs had to be climbed to reach each chamber. While we now enjoy the comforts of the 21st century at the castle, some stairs still remain part of the experience.

If you have mobility impairments, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to reserve a room for you that is as accessible and ground-level as possible within the castle's layout.
